How To Get Your Tickets

There are lots of events on our platform, and each one has its own process for getting tickets to you.

Be sure to read the “How to Get Your Tickets” section on the event page before you buy, and carefully review the booking confirmation we’ll email you after you book your ticket.

Below, we’ve outlined the most common ways we make sure your tickets get to you safely.

Supplied by Ticketmaster

After you complete your purchase on our site, you’ll receive two emails:

- A confirmation email from us (Tickets for Good)
- A redemption email from Ticketmaster with a link to claim your tickets

You can also access this link in the "Your Tickets" section of your Tickets for Good account.

Important: Your Tickets for Good confirmation email is not your ticket and won’t grant you entry to the event.

You must follow the Ticketmaster redemption link to claim your tickets.

Once redeemed, your tickets will appear in your Ticketmaster account. Make sure you have them with you ready when entering the event.

Account Manager Transfer (Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, Paciolan, MyProVenue)

After you complete your purchase on our site, you’ll receive two emails:

- A confirmation email from us (Tickets for Good)
- A redemption email from the ticketing organization with a link to claim your tickets (anytime up to the day of the event)

Important: Your Tickets for Good confirmation email is not your ticket and won’t grant you entry to the event. You must follow the redemption email ticket link to claim your tickets.

Once redeemed, make sure you have them with you ready when entering the event.

Third Party E-ticket

These tickets will be sent directly to your contact email by our ticketing partners, sometimes as late as the day of the event. When you book through our site, you’ll get a confirmation email from us.

Just keep in mind: this confirmation does not grant you access to the event. You’ll need to use the e-ticket sent by the ticketing partner.

If it’s the day of the event and you still haven’t received your tickets, please reach out to the venue or event organizer directly.

Will Call / Guest List

To pick up your tickets at the venue, you’ll need to show your confirmation email. You may also be asked to show ID.

Register to Win

To pick up your tickets at the venue, you’ll need to show your confirmation email. You may also be asked to show ID.

If we have a limited number of tickets for an event, we may use a draw (lottery) system to distribute them fairly. Please note that if you enter a draw, you’ll only hear from us if you’re selected or if there’s a consolation offer, like discounted tickets.

Each draw listing will include details on when and how we’ll notify winners. If you haven’t heard from us by the date listed, unfortunately, you weren’t selected this time.

If a selected participant can’t attend, or if we receive additional free tickets closer to the event, we’ll notify others via email on a first-come, first-served basis.
