Sometimes, you may be asked to pay extra fees in addition to the standard Tickets for Good booking fee.
These may be added by the venue or event organizer and could include a restoration fee, which helps maintain the venue or an admin fee to cover processing and ticket handling.
We're always transparent about pricing, and any additional fees will be clearly listed on the event page.
Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to enjoy events with friends or family. Just make sure the account holder (that’s you!) is the one attending the event.
Most U.S. venues and event organizers manage accessibility requests directly, since they’re best equipped with venue specific knowledge.
On our event pages, we’ll provide the best contact info so you can reach out to them directly.
That said, if you need help at any point, don’t hesitate to contact our support team, we’re happy to assist.
We’re sorry if you’re not seeing events nearby just yet. We’re a small but dedicated team working to grow our partnerships across the country.
Building our ticket network takes time and depends on the number of local venues and event organizers.
Keep checking back and feel free to recommend Tickets for Good to your favorite local venues!
If an event is in high demand or we have limited tickets available, we may run a draw (think of it like a ticket lottery). This gives everyone a fair chance to enter and win tickets.
When you enter a Register to Win, you’ll receive an email confirming your entry but it’s not a ticket.
The event listing will always explain when and how winners will be notified. Winners are chosen at random. Good luck!
If your event gets canceled and rescheduled, we’ll do our best to get you access to the new date. If you can’t make the new date or if the event isn’t rescheduled, please note that Tickets for Good booking fees are non-refundable.
If you paid an additional amount directly to the event organizer, refunds are not guaranteed. Whether you receive a refund for the ticket price is up to the organizer’s policies.
We’ll request that they offer you a refund or alternative, but ultimately, your ticket purchase is subject to their terms and conditions.
Refunds (if eligible) can take up to 30 days to process. Please wait until this period has passed before contacting us about a missing refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any travel or accommodation costs related to event cancellations.
Once your order is confirmed, tickets can’t be exchanged or refunded. Only the person who booked (the lead attendee) can use the tickets, they can’t be transferred to someone else.
